We work at the frontier between human behavior and AI behavior, where hallucination induces error, where emergent risk goes unseen, and where the cost of misplaced trust compounds silently.
The Blind Spot No One Is Talking About
Organizations are deploying AI as if speed and efficiency were the only criteria. But AI hallucinates. It deceives. It produces emergent behaviors no one predicted, not even its developers. And people trust it, delegate to it, and fail alongside it.
The risk is not purely technical. It is not purely human. It lives at the intersection, and that is precisely where conventional audits stop looking.
We don't offer checklists. We offer the kind of analysis that requires actually understanding how AI systems behave, how people respond to them, and what happens when those two dynamics collide.
How We Work
Every engagement runs across the four fronts where AI risk actually lives: Governance, Strategy, Architecture, and Change Management. Auditing one without the others is how blind spots survive.
Who is accountable when the model is wrong, and does your oversight actually reach the decisions AI is shaping?
Is AI serving the business you are building, or quietly redefining it? We align adoption with intent.
How models, data, and systems are actually wired, and where that wiring creates risk no dashboard shows.
How your people trust, resist, and delegate to AI. The front where most failures are born.
Most executives know how to use AI. Few understand where it fails and how that failure shapes the decisions they make every day.
This is not a workshop on prompting. It is a structured program on hallucination, emergent behavior, systemic bias, and responsible delegation, built for leadership teams that need to ask better questions, not just move faster.
Delivered as: In-person or remote sessions, tailored to your sector and your organization's actual AI use cases. Custom programs for boards, C-suite, and functional teams.
training@micah6ai.comWe examine the model, the architecture, the process, the strategy, or the costs. We identify where human judgment is being replaced irresponsibly, and surface the behavioral and regulatory risks that technical audits miss entirely.
The deliverable is not a compliance scorecard. It is a real risk map: specific, prioritized, and actionable.
Delivered as: Structured assessment through interviews, process review, and documentation analysis. No code access required. Written report, presentation, and follow-up session included.
Also available as: Advisory board participation and independent expert sessions for organizations that need a critical external voice on an ongoing basis.
review@micah6ai.comWhy Micah 6 AI
The organizations that will navigate this moment well are not the ones that adopted AI first. They are the ones that adopted it with the clearest understanding of what they were actually doing.
We do not offer generic frameworks. We offer the specific, rigorous, and often uncomfortable analysis that organizations need to adopt AI responsibly.
We have no software to sell. No platform to license. No 18-month engagement to pitch. We are independent advisors, which means the only thing we are optimizing for is an accurate picture of your organization's actual exposure.
Micah 6 AI was founded by Maria Alice Maia: behavioral data scientist, doctoral researcher in AI at FGV EBAPE, and former executive at Itaú, Stone, ABInBev, and Ambev.
Her background is not theoretical. It was forged across a decade of executive roles where she saw from the inside what happens when the pressure to adopt outpaces the capacity to understand, and sharpened through academic collaboration with UC Berkeley, FGV, HEC Paris, and Oxford.
Her current research focuses on how organizations are represented in generative AI search, and whether that representation can be governed.
